The owners of the bank are the Liechtenstein Royal Family. In June 2002, Moody's, the prestigious rating agency, reaffirmed its Aa3 rating for LTG Bank in Liechtenstein is a rating the bank has held since 1997. The minimum opening balance: US$100,000 (to be deposited and kept in the account). The client keeping in the account non-LGT issued bonds, shares, etc. pays for all kinds of services a fee of 0.42% (not less than CHF 250) p.a. of the total amount of the assets held on the account. Credit balances on the account and/or time deposits and/or LGT own class funds are not included into the aforesaid amount. If all investment funds, bonds, shares, etc. in the account have been issued and/or established by LGT then a flat administration fee CHF 250 p.a. is charged. There is no subscription fee on the LGT class funds. The purpose of the account opening must not be everyday commercial transactions through the account.
